Frequently Asked Questions

  • $225 for 50 min session

  • Yes, I do accept insurance, but I have a limited number of insurance-based spots available. This allows me to balance accessibility while still providing high-quality, individualized care. Availability for insurance can change, so I encourage you to reach out to ask about current openings.

If I am not able to offer an insurance spot, I am happy to work with you as an out-of-network provider.

For out-of-network clients, I can provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services, depending on your specific benefits.

    A superbill typically includes:

    • Diagnosis and service codes

    • Dates of service

    • Fees paid

    • Provider and practice information

After you submit the superbill, your insurance company may reimburse you directly for a portion of the session cost. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, including reimbursement rates and any deductibles.

If navigating insurance feels overwhelming, I’m happy to help answer questions and support you in understanding your options.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out to me through the contact form. We will schedule a call and I can walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • I offer 50-minute individualized online therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all so we work collaboratively to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and choose approaches that best support you.

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate a combination of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including:

    • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma, distressing memories, and deeply held beliefs

    • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to address unhelpful thought patterns and build practical coping skills

    • Mindfulness-based practices to increase self-awareness, emotional regulation, and present-moment grounding

    • Nervous system–informed work to support regulation, safety, and resilience, especially for anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress

Sessions are always paced with care, respecting your capacity, boundaries, and lived experience. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your choices, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges, both internally and in your relationships.
