You might see yourself here if…

→ You find yourself always scanning for signs that someone might be mad at you.

→ You struggle with confidence and self-trust. On the outside you seem put together, but inside you feel unsure, self-critical, or like you don’t truly measure up.

→ You live with emotional exhaustion, or burnout, and feel frustrated that your body or energy won’t let you “push through” the way you think you should.

→ You’ve become very skilled at appearing “fine.” You smile, stay productive, answer texts, meet responsibilities, all while quietly carrying pain, fatigue, or emotional heaviness that most people never fully see.

I know you’re tired of feeling…

Constantly worried, overwhelmed, and mentally “on” all the time. You hold yourself to high standards, push through exhaustion, and carry more than most people realize, all while wondering why rest never actually feels restful. From the outside, you look capable and high-functioning. Internally, you’re exhausted from overthinking, and overextending.

Imagine a world where…

You can trust yourself more deeply, feel calmer in your own mind, and stop questioning your worth based on how much you achieve or how well others perceive you. A world where rest feels restorative instead of guilt-inducing, where worry no longer runs the show, and where you can move through life with more confidence, self-esteem, and emotional ease.

Remove the badge of “I’m just a people-pleaser”

For a long time, you’ve learned how to please everyone around you. You’ve become the dependable one. The one who keeps going no matter how overwhelmed, worried, or disconnected you feel inside. Somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling fully trusting yourself. Maybe anxiety has been in the driver’s seat for a long time now.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and begin listening to what your mind and body have been carrying for so long. Together, we’ll gently work through the patterns, fears, and beliefs shaped by past experiences so you can feel more grounded, more confident, and more at home in yourself again.

EMDR Therapy

EMDR therapy can help process trauma, anxiety, and distressing experiences that may still feel stuck in the mind and body. By supporting the brain’s natural healing process, EMDR can help reduce emotional overwhelm, shift negative beliefs, and create a greater sense of safety and ease.

Therapy for Anxiety

A structured, evidence-informed therapy approach to understanding and reducing anxiety symptoms, including chronic worry, rumination, and overthinking.

Therapy helps you build a new relationship with uncertainty so it no longer runs the show.

Therapy for Trauma & CPTSD

Trauma doesn’t just live in the past, it shows up in your body, your relationships and your sense of safety.

Together, we’ll work to help you reprocess the trauma you’ve been through and feel safe in your body and in life again.

Therapy for Chronic Illness

Supportive therapy for individuals navigating the emotional and psychological impact of chronic health conditions.

A safe space to address grief, identity changes, burnout, and the stress of managing ongoing symptoms.

I help high achievers who are living with the effects of painful past experiences, constant worry, chronic stress, or chronic illness reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel safer, softer, and more sustainable.

A lot of the people I work with are the ones everyone else relies on. They’re thoughtful, capable, and used to pushing through, but underneath that competence is often a nervous system stuck in survival mode. They may struggle to slow down, set boundaries, ask for help, or feel truly at ease in their own bodies. Even rest can feel uncomfortable when your system has learned that your worth comes from holding everything together.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to become disconnected from yourself while trying to meet expectations, keep the peace, or stay strong for everyone else. I also know how exhausting it is to live in a constant state of overthinking, overfunctioning, or feeling like you always have to “earn” rest, care, or safety.

What Clients are Saying

  • "Chloe is a breath of fresh air! I have tried a few different therapists but really have not connected with anyone like I have with Chloe. She makes me feel comfortable, supported, and challenged. I leave all of our sessions feeling regulated and with a back pocket of little tools I can use throughout my life. "

    — L.C.

  • "I can honestly say that Chloe has supported me in becoming my truest self… a version of me I didn’t think I’d ever know. I have been through a lot of trauma in my life, as well as several years of therapy, but in the year I’ve spent with Chloe, I’ve experienced the most fulfilling growth and am trusting myself for the first time."

    — A.H

  • "Chloe is thoughtful, insightful, and is incredibly innovative in how she approaches CBT and trauma therapy. Would recommend a thousand times over."

    — J.K

  • "I have been seeing Chloe for several years now. I’m so grateful to have found her, she has helped me grow so much. I always feel encouraged and often leave sessions feeling much better than when I started. She has truly been a lifesaver and I can’t imagine how different my life would be if I never started sessions with her."

    —L.M

  • "Working with Chloe is without a doubt one of the best decisions I have ever made. As someone who has gone to therapy a few times throughout her life, I know how important it is to find the right therapist and I can definitely say I have found that in Chloe. She is kind, thoughtful, and always professional."

    -R.S

  • "I am so lucky to have worked with Chloe over the past few years. She has truly changed my life in all the best ways. She is incredibly supportive but also challenges you to question your patterns of behavior and dig deep to understand underlying motivations."

    -N.K

  • "As someone who was new to therapy before seeing Chloe, she has been transformative for my therapy experience—which has inherently changed my life. She's a very warm, kind presence who has always felt like an almost older sister. But that doesn't underscore the level of smarts and insights that she brings to every session. I cannot recommend Chloe enough, especially for those who are starting therapy for the first time."

    -M.H

  • "I've been seeing Chloe for 8 months and couldn't recommend her more highly. She's practical, solution-focused, and gives you real tools you can actually use - exactly what I was looking for!"

    -L.C
