THERAPY IN SEATTLE, WA THAT HELPS YOU

Begin to Heal + Trust Yourself Again

For a long time, you’ve learned how to stay in survival mode. You’ve become the dependable one. The people-pleaser. The one who keeps going no matter how overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected you feel inside. Somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling fully connected to yourself.

Trauma therapy offers a space to slow down and begin listening to what your mind and body have been carrying for so long. Together, we’ll gently work through the patterns, fears, and beliefs shaped by past experiences so you can feel more grounded, more confident, and more at home in yourself again.

→ You find yourself people pleasing and always scanning for signs that someone might be mad at you.

→ You struggle with confidence and self-trust. On the outside you seem put together, but inside you feel unsure, self-critical, or like you don’t truly measure up.

→ You live with emotional exhaustion, or burnout, and feel frustrated that your body or energy won’t let you “push through” the way you think you should.

→ You’ve become very skilled at appearing “fine.” You smile, stay productive, answer texts, meet responsibilities, all while quietly carrying anxiety, pain, fatigue, or emotional heaviness that most people never fully see.

Therapy for anxiety, trauma or chronic illness in Seattle, WA can help if…

You’re sick and tired of feeling…

Constantly anxious, overwhelmed, and mentally “on” all the time. You hold yourself to high standards, push through exhaustion, and carry more than most people realize, all while wondering why rest never actually feels restful. From the outside, you look capable and high-functioning. Internally, you’re exhausted from overthinking, and overextending.

Imagine a world where…

You can trust yourself more deeply, feel calmer in your own mind, and stop questioning your worth based on how much you achieve or how well others perceive you. A world where rest feels restorative instead of guilt-inducing, where your anxiety no longer runs the show, and where you can move through life with more confidence, self-esteem, and emotional ease.

Hi, I’m Chloe. I help high achievers who are living with the effects of trauma, anxiety, people-pleasing, chronic stress, or chronic illness reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel safer, softer, and more sustainable.

A lot of the people I work with are the ones everyone else relies on. They’re thoughtful, capable, and used to pushing through, but underneath that competence is often a nervous system stuck in survival mode. They may struggle to slow down, set boundaries, ask for help, or feel truly at ease in their own bodies. Even rest can feel uncomfortable when your system has learned that your worth comes from holding everything together.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to become disconnected from yourself while trying to meet expectations, keep the peace, or stay strong for everyone else. I also know how exhausting it is to live in a constant state of overthinking, overfunctioning, or feeling like you always have to “earn” rest, care, or safety.

That understanding shapes how I show up in the therapy room, with warmth, honesty, and deep respect for your pace. I believe healing happens when you no longer have to fight your body, silence your needs, or abandon yourself just to get through life.

  • "Chloe is a breath of fresh air! I have tried a few different therapists but really have not connected with anyone like I have with Chloe. She makes me feel comfortable, supported, and challenged. I leave all of our sessions feeling regulated and with a back pocket of little tools I can use throughout my life. "

    — L.C.

  • "I can honestly say that Chloe has supported me in becoming my truest self… a version of me I didn’t think I’d ever know. -R.S

    -N.K

  • "As someone who was new to therapy before seeing Chloe, she has been transformative for my therapy experience—which has inherently changed my life. She's a very warm, kind presence who has always felt like an almost older sister. But that doesn't underscore the level of smarts and insights that she brings to every session. I cannot recommend Chloe enough, especially for those who are starting therapy for the first time."

    -M.H

  • "I've been seeing Chloe for 8 months and couldn't recommend her more highly. She's practical, solution-focused, and gives you real tools you can actually use - exactly what I was looking for!"

Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate a combination of evidence-based and integrative modalities, including:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process trauma, distressing memories, and deeply held negative beliefs that continue to impact your present-day emotional responses and relationships.

Therapy for anxiety (Emotion-Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy–informed approaches) to help you better understand your emotional patterns, reduce avoidance and overthinking cycles, and build the capacity to experience anxiety without being controlled by it.

Therapy for chronic illness to support the emotional and psychological impact of living with ongoing health conditions, including grief, identity shifts, burnout, and the stress of managing unpredictable symptoms.

Mindfulness-based practices to increase present-moment awareness, emotional regulation, and grounding, especially during periods of stress or overwhelm.

Nervous system–informed work to support regulation, safety, and resilience, particularly in the context of anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation.

Sessions are paced with care and attunement to your capacity, boundaries, and lived experience. The goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your emotional responses, and more confident navigating both internal experiences and external demands.
